After spending decades in the business, a few years ago we have decided to create a company to support large business organizations and companies in Qatar for selecting their employees by using the best resources in the market. Thus Edgewater started its operations in Qatar as an outsourcing Company. It requires good infrastructure, professionalism, a well-integrated system and latest technology to partner with clients and candidates. Edgewater is committed towards regularly upgrading the technology and resources. I feel that employees are the most valuable asset of any organization and they need to be selected, maintained and retained by employing best available resources.

Our team of Managers and professional staff are dedicated towards servicing our valuable clients and candidates and helping them meet each other’s requirements and goals, short-term and long-term. Edgewater is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 Certified Company. Edgewater also have membership of international organizations such as “Institute of Recruiters”, “The British Institute of Cleaning Science” and “British Institute of Facilities Management”, etc. In addition to outsourcing, recently, the company has expanded the business operations to Facility Management, Cleaning Services, Hospitality Management and Marine Crew Management.
